Palihotel San Francisco is a hidden gem in the heart of Union Square, blending classic and contemporary styles seamlessly. From the moment we checked in, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel right at home, offering valuable tips on exploring the city. the location is ideal, nestled between Chinatown and Union Square, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and iconic attractions like Oracle Park. Our room, a spacious King suite, was beautifully appointed with modern amenities like a Smeg fridge and a fully stocked minibar. the attention to detail was evident in the plush robes, comfortable bedding, and delightful Diptyque bath amenities provided. Despite a minor hiccup with the room key and housekeeping oversight, the exceptional service from the manager and other staff members more than made up for it. Donny, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and provided excellent recommendations for dining and nearby activities. The hotel's ambiance exudes a sense of urban chic with a touch of warmth, making it a perfect sanctuary in the bustling city. the proximity to Union Square, Chinatown, and public transportation options like cable cars and the Bart station make exploring San Francisco a breeze. Overall, Palihotel San Francisco offers a fantastic value for its prime location, impeccable service, and stylish accommodations.
